RESULT SUBMISSION
Before following the three simple steps below to submit your 2026 Bimbo Virtual Global Race results, please keep these important reminders in mind:
- Only one race submission is permitted per participant.
- Participants may submit results only for the distance they registered for (10K or 5K).
- Your race must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27, 2026.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after registration closes.
- Results can only be accepted for U.S. participants with a valid U.S. shipping address.
RESULT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: COMPLETE & RECORD YOUR RACE
During September 21–27, 2026, complete your registered 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1 miles) in a single day.
To be eligible for validation:
- Complete your full registered distance.
- Run or walk your race (biking, swimming, and other activities are not eligible).
- Record both your time and distance using one of the following:
- A compatible running app
- A smartwatch, Fitbit, or treadmill (photo or screenshot required)
- A stopwatch with distance tracking (photo or screenshot required)
Recommended free running apps:
- MapMyRun
- Runkeeper
- Strava
- Garmin
If you use another running app, please ensure it can export a GPX, FIT, or TCX file.
Step 2: SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS
When you've completed your race, click the Results tab at the top of the website to access the Virtual Results Portal.
Search for your registration using your name and email address, then submit your results using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Running App Upload
- Select Load Activity from File
- Upload your race file in GPX, FIT, or TCX format
Option 2: Manual Submission
- Enter your finish time on the Results page.
- Reply to the Race Week email (sent Monday, September 21) with a photo or screenshot showing your completed time and distance. This step is required only if you recorded your race using a smartwatch, Fitbit, treadmill, or stopwatch.
All race results must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27, 2026.
Step 3: RACE VALIDATION
After submission:
- Results will be reviewed and validated by the Race Director within approximately 72 hours.
- You'll only be contacted if there is an issue with your submission.
- Once validated, you can:
- View your official results on the Results page.
- Download your finisher certificate.
- Appear on the leaderboard (if your profile is not set to anonymous).
Your commemorative participant pack and finisher medal will be shipped via USPS to the address provided during registration approximately 45 days after validation.
