Captain Resources

All 2024 team captains will receive an email at registration containing information on how to invite participants to join your team through RunSignUp. Remember all runners must be 21 years or older to participate.  

Final Payment - Due January 15, 2024

Pay Final Balance - To pay your final balance, log into your account, select profile -> manage registration under V2V Craft Brew Relay -> Add On. Click here for help. 

Building Your Team - Looking for runners?  Check our Facebook event page to connect. 

Share your team name and team password that you created with your team. Teammates must register online and can search for their team here.  The deadline to submit your overall team pace and shirt sizes is March 5, 2024. The ability to add or change team members will remain open until race day, however, changes after April 7, 2024, will carry a $25 fee.  

Shirt sizes will be guaranteed until March 26, 2024. Teammates that join after that date can exchange shirts at the Finish Line Celebration.

Team Safety Gear Requirements

Required Visibility Gear -  Each team is required to have two reflective vests, headlamps and blinking LED lights, however we recommend that all team members have their own. These items may also be required at any point in the relay if visibility decreases due to rain, fog, etc. Any runner starting a leg 
before 7:30am or after 7:00pm will be required to wear visibility gear.

Required Hydration Gear - All runners will be required to carry water or hydration fluid during any run where the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (the measure of heat stress in direct sunlight) reaches an elevated threat level.  Hydration packs or hand-held water bottles are recommended and we do suggest that each person have their own hydration system available on race day. Our staff team will monitor the WBGT during race day and notify teams and event volunteers if the hydration safety requirement is put in place.

Training

We have 12-week training plans to help you be prepared for a fun day out on the course.  Training Plans start on January 22, 2023.

CHANGING CAPTAINS

The captain is responsible for finding a new team leader if he/she cannot fulfill this role.  Ville to Ville will not be able to coordinate finding new captains for teams.

The current captain should email info@villetovillerelay.com and copy the new captain to make the switch.  The new captain will be responsible for the final payment (if not already paid) and meeting all deadlines.
