Training Plans

We understand that the idea of competing in a running event that covers a 73-mile course could be a bit intimidating. Yet, one of the beautiful things about the Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay is that you don't have to do it all by yourself. This is an event that is accessible to nearly everyone – from the dedicated jogger to the serious racer.

The key, of course, is to be properly prepared…and run a few hills.

Below you will find an introduction and description of terms as well as two different training plans.  These are just a guide to help you be prepared for a fun day out on the course.  Training Plans start on January 21, 2024. Please reach out to our run club ambassador, Anna Hall, with any questions or helpful tips as you train.
