Responders Ruck is a FREE monthly event at multiple locations across Virginia, where first responders, their families, friends, and supporters come together to focus on fitness, connection, and growth.

Bring a weighted ruck or simply bring yourself. We walk approximately three miles at a conversational pace, beginning each ruck with a thought-provoking discussion designed to challenge perspectives and encourage intentional self-leadership.

This isn't about how far or how fast you walk. It's about investing in yourself and connecting with people committed to becoming the best version of themselves.

Registration is free and simply serves as your RSVP. We hope to see you there!

Lead. On Purpose.
