The primary purpose of this race is to raise funds that provide a meaningful hand up to those in need. While race registration helps cover event costs, the true impact comes from the additional support we raise together. We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers. With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.
Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026, for our 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K. This fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Muchila, Zambia. Sign up to run or walk in person or virtually from wherever you are and start raising funds!
