Join the Spencer Hockaday Foundation as we celebrate Spencer's 30th birthday with a 30 miles in 30 days virtual event!!

This years event?  Cover 30 miles in 30 days any way you like to commemorate his 30th birthday (June 1),  Beginning June 1st, through August 1st you can walk, jog, run, bike, row, swim - 1 mile per day for 30 days - or you can divide it however you like!  This is a virtual event so location is your choice!! Outside, at home, in a gym - you choose!

We are looking for a large social storm - checking in, hash tags, fun creative ways to get your mileage in - you name it, we want to see what you come up with!  A great idea shared with us?  Washable/body markers, write #TALKTHIRTYTOMESLH2023 on your arm, leg, body - take a pic, post!!!  We LOVE that idea!! Please help us by posting, tagging and sharing your effort!!
