Description

Join us for a fun-filled day of swimming, biking and running in the 8th annual Sherando Youth Tri!

This triathlon will challenge your child in their age group with a swim, bike ride in Sherando Park, and a run utilizing a portion of the Sherando High School Track. Race packets will be available on Saturday, August 3 at the Sherando Park pool and can be picked up between 5-7 p.m. All participants are required to do a bike inspection which will be held on Saturday, August 3 at the Sherando Park Pool from 5-7 p.m.

Age and Distance:
7-8 (25-meter swim, 1-mile bike, .5-mile run)
9-10 (75-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run)
11-12 (125-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run)
13-15 (125-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run)

Awards: Top three male and female in each age group. All participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal.
