Help the triathletes in the transition area from swimming to biking, and biking to running. Assist triathletes with un-racking/re-racking bikes and point participants in the right direction.

Make sure food and water is stocked. Help hand out medals and refreshments at the finish line. Help clean up the area when participants leave.
