Description
Come out and participate or volunteer* for the Scares That Care 5k. Do you like tricks and treats? Do you like the feeling you get from helping others? If you answered YES to either of these questions, then this is the summer morning race for you! Join the Scares that Care 5K in Williamsburg, VA, where you are guaranteed to spot costumed characters or be one yourself. T-Shirt and Finisher Medal for all registered 5K participants. Kids Fun Run, with medals and treat bags for all registered children.
Enjoy post race prizes, snacks and refreshments, while mingling with friendly “creatures” and roaming the post-race party for those scary photo ops!
Last year’s Scares That Care Charity Weekend drew over 3,000 attendees, authors, celebrities and vendors. This year they are expecting it to be bigger and even more fun! The Scares that Care 5K is this summer’s must do event!
Packet Pick Up and Onsite Registration, Saturday, August 4th, 2018, 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
All volunteers can opt to receive a letter documenting their community service hours.
