How to create a team?
Join the Ultimate Viking Run Team Experience!
Rally your friends, family, colleagues, or group members and take on the Viking Run together! Whether you're conquering the course for fun or competition, forming a team makes the experience even more epic. With exciting kids' dashes and a 2K run, simply being part of a team is a victory in itself and the teams can be as big as small as you want. For the 5K runners, there's even more at stake —compete for both individual and team prizes! Team size for 5K runners is from 3-10 members.

How it Works:
When you register for the 2025 Viking Run, you are asked if you would like to join or create a team. Click Yes!
In Group/Team section, either join an existing group or Create a new one. You can either leave the team open for everyone to join, or create a password for your specific group.
Complete your own Registration for the 2025 Viking Run.
Share your unique team name (&password) with your friends, family and colleagues.
For 5K runners, your team can have between 3-10 runners.
For kids dashes & 2K runs, any size is okay.
If you have already registered as an Individual, and want to create a team, no worries. Just log into your runsignup account, choose a runner and navigate to manage registration -option. From there you can go Group/Team tab and create or edit your existing group.
Looking to join an existing team?

In Group/Team section, either join an existing group. If you know someone else has created a group, ask them for the unique group name or password.
