Help arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and signs in the Community Center and put out cones and signs along the run course; set out aid station tables & igloos

Generally, help out. Give out race bibs to racers. Give out medals as racers come back. Help with serving food. Help kids with coloring and crafts.

Run Course Captain High Priority

REQUIRES A MOUNTAIN BIKE

Lead out the fastest racers so they don't get lost; once they finish, patrol the run course looking for people who need help; let aid station know when last runner came by; sweep in the last runner

Run Course Aid Station High Priority

Hand out water and snacks to racers. Bring table & coolers back when race is over.

Cleanup Crew Medium Priority

Details

Help return the Community Center back to the way it was (return tables and chairs, take down decorations, etc). Sweep the run course to pick up any signs and trash left behind.
