Details

T-Shirt Distribution Booth volunteers are in charge of handing out shirts to participants. All shirts need to be moved to the tent and organized by gender and size. Please ensure participants get the correct shirt size, and mark the bib to show that it has been collected. Lifting heavy boxes required.

All volunteers will receive a free Mission Inn Foundation volunteer T-shirt and light refreshments.

Details

Trash and Recycling volunteers set up the cardboard trash and recycling boxes throughout Main Street. Please collect trash, boxes, bottles, and other debris along Main Street and transport it to the dumpsters at the Convention Center. Please be sure to break down boxes and separate water bottles and place them in the recycling bin. Move the cardboard trash and recycling bins to the museum for overnight storage.

All volunteers will receive a free Mission Inn Foundation volunteer T-shirt and light refreshments.

Sunday - Start Line

Details

Start Line volunteers assist with transporting the start line inflatable and securing it. Volunteers should be able to lift 50lbs or more. Remain at the start line to help with any issues as each race starts.

Details

Course Marshals are in charge of directing runners to their correct course. They are stationed at intersections where runners split courses or make turns. This is a crucial position to ensure
that no one veers off course.

Details

Crossing Guards are in charge of directing traffic and
pedestrians around and/or through the running courses as to
not disrupt the participants. Crossing Guards should be
well organized and work well under stressful situations. This role requires someone who is well organized and has great instinct.

Details

Trash and Recycling volunteers set up the cardboard trash and recycling boxes throughout the Expo. Please collect trash, boxes,
bottles, and other debris throughout the Expo and transport it to the dumpsters. Please be sure to break down boxes and separate water bottles, and place them in the recycling bin. At the end of the event, all trash and recycling boxes should be broken down and disposed of.

All volunteers will receive a free Mission Inn Foundation volunteer T-shirt and light refreshments.

Runners will come to awards to booth to collect their finisher medal. Please collect the box from the museum and organize by place (1st, 2nd,3rd), sex and age for each event. A list of the winners will be provided, when appropriate.
