Race Day Check In & Goody Bag Distributor High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Check in all volunteers and racers upon arrival. Distribute goody bags to participants after they complete the race.

Aid Station High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Hand out water to participants along the course. Ensure all trash is picked up after the race conclusion.

Lead Bike

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Guide the race in the correct direction via bike. This volunteer must provide their own bike and be confident of the course route.

ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS: Dentist Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help with head & neck cancer screenings.

ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS: Screener (D2-D4/ISP Students ONLY) Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Perform head and neck exams and educate participants on oral health under the supervision of licensed dentists.

ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS: Student volunteer (Any CUSDM student)

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help sanitize and reset between screenings. Help recruit participants.

ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS: Kids table

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Play games with kids and give them basic oral hygiene instructions.

Race timer High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Record participant's time as they cross the finish line. This role requires specific attention to detail.
