Details

Cheer runners on and help them navigate the 5k & 1-mile run courses. Work an aid station. 6:30-8:00 will help with kids 1-mile run. 7:30-9:30 will help with 5k run.

You may sign up for both slots if you'd like. We'll have time to move you from one course to the other.

Help run the obstacle course, Strength Games, fitness challenges, setup & breakdown of equipment, and other various tasks.

Sign up for both slots to help out the entire day.
