Details

Participants will be assigned waves alphabetically and each wave, numbered 1-5, will have check-in details at a separate table in the start/finish area. Your job is to direct participants to the right spot so they can check-in and grab their bibs and other info. Masks must be worn around the Start/finish.

Aid Station/transition High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

We will have 3 aid station/transition areas where participants will switch roles (runner to rider, vice versa). We'll have 3-4 volunteers at each station to check off teams as they come through, direct riders/runners and fill bottles or provide food when needed. Aid stations will be "no contact" and we'll provide gloves, masks (you are also welcome to bring your own), disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, etc.

Time needed: 6:30 am - 1 pm

Location

We will have 3 designated transition areas/aid stations: 1) At the intersection of Bugling Elk and North East Trail; 2) at the intersection of Marmot Creek and Bugling Elk Trail; and 3) at the Old Mill Site

Course Marshall High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

We will have 3-4 volunteers stationed on the downhill portion of the course (the Mason Creek Trail), with whistles, to alert other trail users that bikes are coming down the trail. Masks will be needed when encountering others on the trail.

Time needed: 7 am - 1 pm

Location

Various points along the Mason Creek Trail.

Finish Line High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We'll need 3 volunteers at the finish area to check off teams as they finish and direct them to get their bikes out of the way. Volunteers at the S/F will also help make sure that participants and spectators adhere to the health protocols - masks, social distance, etc. Masks must be worn around the Start/finish.

Time needed: 8 am - 1 pm
