Recruit and have a team of 3-4 on your Aid Station Team. You will be responsible for handing out water, nutrition, hydration, and cheering on participants as they run/walk through your Aid Station.
You will pick up your Aid Station supplies at the Start/Finish line between 8:00-9:00 am on race morning. You should be set up at your Aid Station and ready to go by 9:45 AM.
Please refer to the map in the documents emailed to you as well as in the bin of supplies with how and where to set up.
Tasks: Pre-fill cups of water and set on the Aid Station table. Ideally one or two volunteers would also stand alongside the path to offer water to runners as they pass by. Clean up all trash after the race and place in provided trash can. Return water jugs and bin of supplies to the Race Start at 5824 Country Rd 80 Timnath, CO US 80547
The race directors will provide you with two empty water jugs, reflective vests and flagging, a bin of cups, first aid kid and hand sanitizer. You must provide and bring to the Aid Station at table and awning (if desired) as well as any costumes, marketing material for your business (optional), music, decorations, etc!
