1 Mile and 2 Mile marks:

o Set up tables, water, and fill cups at each station
o Set up cardboard box water covers to prevent pollen from entering cups
o Volunteers can hand out cups to runners as they pass or allow runners to pick up their own cups
o Return tables, left-over water and cups to vehicles
o Scour area for any debris (cups) left behind
o Return disposable waste containers to the main race area
