Details

Volunteers will assist with participant check-in, same day race registration, and t-shirt distribution as participants complete the race course.

Check-In area, located next to the gate in the FCS Admin Parking area.

Water Station/Race Course Cheer Squad

Details

Volunteers will distribute water at the race water station, cheer on runners/walkers as they make their way along the course and aid with directions/questions/or any issues that arise during the race.

Location

Various locations along the race route between FCS Admin Center and Riverwood High School.

Details

Volunteers will greet 5K participants as they cross the finish line with cheers, waters and refreshments. Once participants receive their water and refreshments, volunteers will direct them to the stage/t-shirt distribution area located near FCS Admin. Center parking.

Pre/Post Race Set Up & Break Down

Volunteers will assist with pre-race set up on Friday, 10/16/26 - including, but not limited to - stage/chair/tent/table set up, signage/decoration set up, and large game/children's area set up.

Post- Race Clean Up/Break Down

Details

Volunteers will assist with post-race clean up and break down, including but not limited to - trash clean up, chair/stage removal, tent takedown, table breakdown, large game/children's area break down and return of all FCS owned items to storage within the FCS Admin building.

FCS Admin Center & Heards Ferry Elementary parking areas.
