Help monitor and hand out race t-shirts as families come by to pick up their shirts. You will also assist in organizing and packing up any leftover t-shirts.

Must be 16 years or older. Help with vendors that are arriving, unload their cars and help with set up of their areas/booth stations.

Food Area Monitors

Help with set up of food and tables. Help vendors with drop off and unloading their vehicles. Make sure area is set up when picnic opens at 10am.Monitor food line, direct attendees to online menus, assist families with small children with food line.

Set up/ Unloading Truck Assisting with Balloons, Signs and Banners

Help unload truck and set up tables. Taking boxes and items to designated areas. Display signs and banners in prominent areas. Other misc. set up help is required.
