Arrive at Kailua Beach Park (Boat Ramp area) at 5:30 a.m. July 16 to be taken to the aid station with supplies.

Finish Line

Arrive at Kailua Beach Park (Boat Ramp area) at 6:00 a.m. July 16 to check-in, help set up finish line, and direct finishers through the finish chute, and on to the refreshment & award area.

Equipment Loading

Equipment loading will be on Saturday, July 15, 2023, time TBA, at the Public Storage building.

Equipment set up, break down, return to locker

Details

Equipment delivery will be 4:30 - 5:00 am on Sunday, July 16, 2023. Assist with set up prior to the race and with breakdown after the race. Load and deliver the equipment back to the club storage locker.

Refreshment & Pot Luck set up and clean up

Set up refreshment tables, ice the coolers, lay out food, etc. for the post-run Pot Luck. Clean up afterwards.

Award Ceremony

Assist with handing out awards after the race.
