Details

Arrive at Cottages no later than 6am. Will go out to assigned water station along each route.
Will assist with setting up water tables, filling cups, handing out to runners, cheering runners on as they pass.
(minimum 2 per station, including at least 1 adult)

10K Route Directors High Priority

Details

Stand at the Church before the Cottages to make sure 10k runners are turn off the highway at the correct place and follow the coned path. Also need people stationed along the entire 10k beach route portion and turnaround point.
Check in at Cottages no later than 6am and will be assigned place along the route.

5K Route Directors Medium Priority

Some needed to stand on highway by cottages to ensure 5k runners are continuing along the route. Also need people at the turn around point cheering them on, and at the Cottages again to turn into the finish line.

Greet runners as they get off the bus at Pa'ula'ula, direct to bathrooms etc. and make sure everyone is good as people are waiting. Be ready to answer questions about routes, etc.
