Details

Help put out food, assist kitchen chef, and in general tend to runners needs.
Help the runners to feel like a million bucks so they can get back out and suffer for another hour.
This is indoor in a heated building with electricity and lights. Feel free to bring a cot or sleeping bag & pad if you want to take on multiple shifts.
Aid station shifts are 4 hours. Sign up for 1 or more.
Our event ended at 5am on Sat. in 2022, in 2023 it went until 10pm Sat. night. It will be hard to tell how long it will go for 2024.
If you sign up for the Sat. 6am shift or later you may not be needed for the aid station but could come help clean up still!
