Race Day Registration will open to the public at 8:30 am, Sept 24. Volunteers should arrive at 8 to learn how to register new participants and check-in preregistered ones. Shift will end at 9:30 a.m.

Details

Guide race participants along the course at predetermined locations by directing them in the correct direction, particularly at turns in the course and at intersections. Volunteers should arrive by 8:45 am to receive and locate their position on the course. Shift ends when last participant passes the volunteers location (no later than 11 am).

Timer Assistant

Details

Assist the race timer by writing down names, times and finish place of the participants, to keep track of race times and winners. Volunteer should arrive by 9:15 am to review necessary information. Shift ends when race is finished (no later than 11 am).

Volunteer's task consists of providing race participants with post-race snacks and hydration, and keeping the refreshments supply replenished throughout post-race activity. Volunteer should arrive by 9 am to review tasks and set up refreshments. Shift ends after race concludes (about 11:15 am).
