Arrive at 8am to help check in registered runners and hand out their packets of information.

9:00 am EDT - 10:30 am EDT (At least 29 more needed)

You will arrive between 8 and 8:30 am in order to get your location and final instructions for being a course monitor.

On the course where runners turn or change directions.

9:15 am EDT - 10:30 am EDT (At least 10 more needed)

You will arrive to check in by 9am so that you can get to your station before the runners do! Great for friends and spouses who do not like to run!

There will be two water stops on the course.
