Volunteers will be responsible for checking in participants by looking up their names or by scanning their confirmation QR codes on our RunSignUp app. Then assigning them their race bib while making sure they check their personal information for any errors. Volunteers will be handing out race giveaways to participants. If it is a sized item, they will be given the size they requested when they registered. You will pull the giveaway tab on the participants BIB once he or she has received their giveaway. Participants will only be able to switch out their sized item until after the race has completed. Any issues should be referred to the volunteer coordinator or race director.

A course official, who follows behind the last participant, will let the water station know their task has been completed.
