Details

THANK YOU for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 Runway 5K! This year's race will be the biggest yet, so we'll need even more support to make it all possible.

This is a rain or shine event, so please dress appropriately.

Please remember to bring your water bottle to help minimize single use items on the Runway!

Snack / Water Table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Replenish as needed. 8am to 10am.

Water Station (halfway point)

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Fill and hand out water. 8am to 10am.

Route - Students

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

Guide participants along the correct route. Cheer and ring those cowbells! 8am to 10:30am.

Route - Adults

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Registration Table

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Register participants and hand out bibs. 7am to 9am.

Start / Finish Line

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Parking

Guide participants to parking at the County Fairgrounds. 7am to 9am.

Floater

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Will be assigned to a job upon arrival. 7am to 10:30am.

Coat / bag table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Monitor personal belongings. 8am to 10am.

Craft Table
