Pre-Race Support Assignments

Setup Crew - Event Tents/Tables/Facility Prep

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist with the setup of tables, tents and signage.
* Arrive at 6:30AM and report to Volunteer Table

Day of Registration Table

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Assist with the registration of runners the day of the race. Includes, completing registration forms, collecting fees, and issuing race bib numbers. Run registration forms to the Timer.
* Arrive at 7:00AM and report to the Volunteer Table
* Registration Captain and the Race Timer Company will provide instruction.

Tents Needed

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Lend us a tent for Race Day.
Please drop off tent on Friday or Saturday prior to race day.

Folding Tables Needed

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Lend a folding table for Race Day.
Please drop off tent on Friday or Saturday prior to race day.

Race Course Support Assignments

Water Stop Attendants

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist with the setup of each water station. Responsible for the filling and distribution of water to runners as they pass, as well as clean up and breakdown once the races conclude.
* Arrive at 7:30AM and report to the Volunteer Table
* 2-3 people will be assigned to each of the water stations
* Must wear provided safety vest

Course Attendants

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course Attendants are placed at each turn of the race route race course to guide participants.
* Two people will be assigned at each turn along the
* Arrive at 8:00AM and check in at the Volunteer Table
* Must be at assigned posts 15 minutes before races start
* Must wear provided safety vest

Finish Line Helpers

You must be 21-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist the Race Timing crew at the end of each race. Hand out waters and medals to runners. Provide direction/guidance to runners and spectators. Post race results on board as directed by Timing Crew.
* Congratulate Runners!!!
* Arrive at 8:00AM and check in at the Volunteer Table
