Pacer must have ability to set run intervals on watch or other device. Intervals begin at 2 minutes walk and 2 minutes run and increase to running a full 5k over the 9 weeks.

Plan Get There pacer will require a person who is able to set a device to run intervals. The intervals start at 30 seconds running and 2 minutes walking and progress up to 5 minute run with a 1 minute walk.
