Details
Volunteers should arrive at 7:00 AM and will assist with full event setup. Responsibilities include unloading materials from vehicles, laying out guiding flags along the race route, setting up registration tables, tents, and water/snack stations, and organizing bibs and goodie bags. Volunteers should be prepared for physical setup tasks and may also be asked to assist with any additional tasks as directed by event leads.
Volunteer roles may be adjusted on the day of the event based on operational needs; however, we will do our best to assign volunteers to their preferred roles.
