Details

Volunteers should arrive at 7:00 AM and will assist with full event setup. Responsibilities include unloading materials from vehicles, laying out guiding flags along the race route, setting up registration tables, tents, and water/snack stations, and organizing bibs and goodie bags. Volunteers should be prepared for physical setup tasks and may also be asked to assist with any additional tasks as directed by event leads.

Volunteer roles may be adjusted on the day of the event based on operational needs; however, we will do our best to assign volunteers to their preferred roles.

Volunteers should arrive at 7:00 AM and will check in participants, process same-day registrations, distribute bib numbers and goodie bags, and assist with general questions. Must be organized, efficient, and able to manage participant flow to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Volunteers should arrive at 7:00 AM and will be stationed throughout the course to guide runners and ensure participants stay on the correct route. Responsibilities include directing runners at key turns, monitoring safety, and communicating any issues. Volunteers must remain at their assigned post until the last runner passes.

Volunteers should arrive at 9:00 AM and will assist with event breakdown, including collecting guiding flags, taking down tables and tents, loading materials onto vehicles, picking up trash, and organizing remaining supplies. The goal is to leave the park clean and restored.
