Volunteers will receive:
Location: Explorers Trail & North Cedar Drive. Direct runners to stay on trail and head west toward 231 highway.
Time: 8:15 - 8:45AM
Direct runners on the trail to remain on the trail.
Course Marshals must be willing to carry their cell phone for on-course communication. A bike to ride to your course assignment may be helpful.

(Near overpass and Explorers Trail parking lot.)
Time: 8:20-9:45AM
Direct runners up the Spoonville trail bridge at start of event and back to the park as runners finish event.
Course Marshals must be willing to carry their cell phone for on-course communication. A bike to ride to your assignment is suggested.

Course Marshal At 2 Mile Mark U Turn

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers will receive a race shirt.
Location: at Flowerbed on Spoonville Trail/M231 Bridge
Time: 8:30 - 9:30AM
Stand at 2-mile point and direct 4 mile runners to u-turn after the flower bed. the 10K runners continue under bridge.
Course Marshals must be willing to carry their cell phone for on-course communication.
A bike to ride to your assignment is suggested. Walk 1 mile (or we will golf cart you) to your aid station across the river. Alternatively, drive on M231 to spot. Park safely on the shoulder and cross the barrier to the site.

Aid Station Miles 2/4 Miles

Volunteers will receive a race shirt
Location: Spoonville Trail
Park at trailhead at Spoonville and North Cedar. Walk 1 mile (or we will golf cart you) to your aid station across the river. Be there by 8:30AM to prep. Expect runners by 8:45.
Time: 8:30-9:30AM
Duties: Serve water, Gatorade and encouragement.
Volunteers should bring: chair, rake if possible, gloves, rain boots, warm clothing and a charged cell phone. Fill cups 1/2 - 2/3rd full. Use restrooms when runners absent and give runners cuts. Themes, costumes, music and fun encouraged! Feel free to promote your organization, too! More detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the race!

Course Marshall: Spoonville/120th & Leonard Turn Around

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Location: 120th & Spoonville Trail at 3.1 mile point.
Time: 8:40 - 9:40 (Or sooner, depending on last runner)
Ensure runners u-turn and head back.
