This job is a non-race day job. We are looking for someone that can assist with getting donations from the school families/congregation/local businesses of candy canes, water, bananas, cookies, muffins, etc.

If you are interested in this job, we will provide history on ways we've done this in the past!

Zero time commitment - provide your address and we will deliver a yard sign to you.

Ideal candidates will live or have a business in areas with high vehicle or foot traffic. Target time would be the week/weekend prior to Halloween.

Pre-Race Help

Notify The Neighborhood!

Details

We have approx 80 houses on the route. We would like to leave a flier for each, notifying them that the race will come through their neighborhood and inviting them to join us if they would like.

This activity is tentatively set for the weekend before Thanksgiving but is subject to change once winter sports calendars are released.

Please plan to wear comfortable shoes.

Details

We'll have two water stations on the route. Grab a friend and bundle up to hydrate our runners! (Ideally, one worker will be able to use their phone to hook up to a Bluetooth speaker and place Christmas music but not a requirement)
