400 water bottles - Deliver water to the Hydration Station on the track

Be at the Kids Zone by 6:45 am to greet the sponsors and direct them where to set up. (We will have instructions for where that Zone will be on Race Day.)

Help move tables if needed.

Give them instructions that they need to stay until the majority of the attendees have left (usually by 10:45 am) but to please not start tearing down if there are still a lot of people there.

Report to the south end of the football field or designated starting position by 8:55 am.
MC will announce for all kids to go to the south end of the track where you will organize the kids into like age groups. Encourage kids and help them have FUN!!
