Water Station #1 High Priority

This is a very important position! You'll be handing out water and gatorade to all the runners. This station must be stocked and ready to go for all the runners.

Responsibilities include:

- Handing out water and Gatorade to runners.
- Keeping supplies stocked.
- Maintaining a clean area.
- Picking up discarded water cups.
- Cheering the runners!

Location

This water station is located ALONG the course. This is NOT the finish line water station.

Finish Line (Medal Handout/Set-up/Announcements) High Priority

This position will have several responsibilties. The race director will reach out to you with specific details of your tasks. These include:

- Setting up the start/finish line.
- Handing out medals to finishers.
- Providing water to all runners.
- Helping with event breakdown.
- Announcing incoming runners.

At the finish line near the northern most parking lot.

Course Marshalls Medium Priority

Details

Help the runners stay on course! This important task will orient the runners on the course so they don't get lost. Course Marshalls will be staged at trail intersections (not a road intersection), and will guide the runners in the correct direction.

Once the event begins, course marshalls will only be at their position for 1 hour. After that, they will move to the finish line and help hand out medals.

Various locations along the course.

Tear Down Low Priority

This task involves bringing everything down and packed up. Volunteers will be helping the staff tear down canopies, tables, chairs, and other race equipment.
