The I AM Table is one of the most powerful and personal moments of the Run with Lily experience.
At this station, participants are invited to reflect on who they are and the strength within them. Two large framed displays—one for adults and one for kids—feature the words “I AM” at the center. After completing the race, participants write words around the frame that define them: strong, brave, resilient, loved, enough.
As a volunteer at this table, your role is to warmly invite finishers over, explain the meaning behind the display, and encourage them to take a moment to add their words. You are helping create a visual reminder that every person has value, strength, and a story worth sharing.
This table becomes more than just a frame—it becomes a collective voice of encouragement, hope, and identity.
