Crossing Guard High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Keep road crossings safe: Stop traffic to allow runners/walkers to cross. Make sure runners/walkers stay on course. Cheer!

All crossings are residential, very low traffic streets. Guards will be supplied with safety vests and orange flags and a golf cart if needed.

First Aid High Priority

Details

Be ready in the start/finish area. Respond to emergencies on the course. It is possible to drive everywhere. MUST BE EMR OR HIGHER.

Halfway Water Station High Priority

Details

Fill water cups and set them out for runners/walkers to take as they go by.

Start/Finish area Drinks and Snacks Station Medium Priority

Details

Keep snacks and drinks stocked in the start/finish area.

Finish Line Photographer Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Take pictures as participants cross the finish line. No experience needed. Camera will be set up on a tripod, all you have to do is push the button.

Race Photographer Low Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Take pictures before, during and after the race. Must have own camera equipment. We will supply a golf cart to go out on the course. Familiarity with the course is a plus.

Race Course Setup Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help mark the course. Weather permitting we will do this the night before, but if it rains, we will have to do it early morning the day of. Either way, flashlights will be required.

Roamer Low Priority

Race Packet Assembly Medium Priority

Help put together and label race packets. This is going to happen either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Finish Line Photographer Assistant Low Priority
