Details

Includes physical work of moving tables, chairs, packed supplies and organizing them prior to the event start time. They will be unloaded from a cargo can. Volunteering is outdoors, will require standing and possibly lifting items. 2 hour shift. 7:30-9:30AM

*Any minor children volunteering must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.*

Mid-Morning Helpers

Several volunteers are needed as runners and greeters while others can be assigned to a specific activity for the length of their shift. Volunteering is outdoors, will require standing and possibly lifting items. 2 hour shift. 9:30-11:30AM.

The Finish Line

Event Take-Down High Priority

Details

Event closes at 2pm. Volunteering is outdoors, will require standing and possibly lifting items. Take down event, pack remaining supplies and physical supplies in the cargo van for transport. Unpack all items at Grief's Journey (7811 Farnam Drive). 2 hour shift. 1:30pm-3:30pm.
