Please be on campus. Parked and at parking lot C by 7am.
Here’s how the morning will work:
Before the race begins: Public Safety and your volunteers will direct all arriving vehicles to go straight through the traffic circle and park at the top of Parking Lot A.
At 8:30 AM: The race starts. At this time, Public Safety will remove the cones blocking Odabash Road.
From 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM: All cars should still be directed straight through the circle. Only Public Safety staff will be managing vehicle traffic at this point.
Your role is focused on directing the runners on the course:
The runners will begin at Ender Hall at 8:30 AM.
On their first lap, they will run straight through the circle and make a right into the golf course.
After looping through the golf course and returning to Ender Hall, runners will start their second lap.
On the second pass, when runners reach the circle, your team should direct them around the circle and back toward Ender Hall.
I’ll have signs out the day before to help, but having volunteers to guide runners is extremely helpful.
