Jobs may be (but not limited to): Greeting athletes, assisting with check in process, race bib distribution, swag distribution. Must be proficient on an iPad or tablet.

Kids' Race Support

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Assist the staff with check in and managing the kiddos before their race. Then get into a key area on the course that will help guide them and keep them safe as they get to the finish line.

Finish Line Support

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

Hand out Finisher Medals, hand out water and aid, direct athletes to post event activities.

Bike Support (Lead Biker) - 10 Miler

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This requires knowing the course and biking with the lead runner. Volunteer must have their own bike, helmet and high visibility gear. Please be prepared to bike at a faster speed as you are leading the fastest athlete on the course.

Bike Support (Tail Biker) - 10 Miler

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This requires knowing the course and biking with the last runner. Volunteer must have their own bike, helmet and high visibility gear. Please be prepared to bike at a slower speed as you are following the last athlete on the course to assist the police with opening the roads back to the public.

Course Marshals

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

You will be in charge of making sure the athlete doesn't go past the turnaround and go off course. Have fun and cheer them on!

Various locations throughout Wildwood and Wildwood Crest (will be assigned closer to race day)

10 Mile Fill Station #1

You must be 8 or older to volunteer for this task.

10 Mile Runners will hit it 2x at mile 1 and 2.

Set-up fill station & guide athletes as they go by with items already provided by the race staff; keep the station tidy; and assist in breakdown.

Location

On the boardwalk at Rio Grande Ave. at the iconic Wildwoods Sign

10 Mile Fill Station #2

You must be 8 or older to volunteer for this task.

10 Mile Runners will hit it 1x at Mile 3. Transition to Finisher Water.

Set-up fill station & guide athletes as they go by with items already provided by the race staff; keep the station tidy; and assist in breakdown.

10 Mile Fill Station #3 & 5K Fill Station

You must be 8 or older to volunteer for this task.

This is a Fill station for both the 5K race and 10 Mile race. For the 5K runners will hit it 2 x at mile 1 & 2.3. For the 10 Mile runners will hit it once at mile 4.

10 Mile Fill Station #4

You must be 8 or older to volunteer for this task.

10 Mile Runners will hit this 3x at Mile 5, 7, and 8. There will be tables set on both sides of Pacific Ave. (Ocean Dr.)
