Parking

Day of Race Registration-Electronic Device

Day of Race Registration- using electronic devices
**Must have prior Day of Race Registration Experience using our electronic devices (laptops/tablets). You will assist individuals with registering for the event utilizing day of race online registration.

Day of Race Registration-Electronic Devices- NOT RUNNING THE RACE

**Must have prior Day of Race Registration Experience using our electronic devices (laptops/tablets). You will assist individuals with registering for the event utilizing day of race online registration.

Direct Participants into the Registration Area

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be located in the building and will direct participants to the Number pick-up area OR you will direct them to the day of race registration area.

Fun Run Assistant

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist with the Fun Run- either as a "course" guide or finish area helper.

Lead Bike

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

You will lead the runners along the course or ride among the participants to help maintain safety.**Lead Bike experience needed.
A trail walker will walk behind the last participant in the race, letting volunteers know that they are finished.

Course Guide

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be assigned to a spot along the Course. You might be directing a participant to turn or stay straight.... or you will be in a spot that will just assist with the safety of the participants and the course. Once you check in, you will receive your location.

A trail walker, who walks behind the last participant, will let you know when you are done.

Water Station

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will volunteer at either the Start Water Station, Finish Line Water Station or Course Water Station. You will be responsible for pouring water into cups, handing out the water to participants, replenishing empty cups as needed and cleaning up the area once finished. You will be provided with a table, water, cups, latex gloves, garbage bags and receptacles.

A trail walker, who walks behind the past participant, will let you know when you are done

Refreshments

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will assist with setting up our refreshment area once the race begins. and helping to monitor its distribution as the participants come through the area. Refreshments may include: bagels, fruit, soda, etc.

You will then assist the Captain with clean-up.

Lead Runner for Fun Run
