On race day, December 19th, we would ask these volunteers to arrive on-site at 1 Lincoln Rd. inside Prospect Park at 7 AM. The volunteers would be responsible for helping distribute bibs before the start of the race. The task would involve setting up a table, preparing bibs to be distributed, checking IDs, cross-referencing the race participation list, and distributing the race bib.

We would ask them to lead the race on a bike, notifying people along the course that a race is taking place. The cyclist would then loop through the course to check on the remaining runners to see if anyone needed assistance.
