On race day, December 19th, we would ask these volunteers to arrive on-site at 1 Lincoln Rd. inside Prospect Park at 7 AM. The volunteers would be responsible for helping distribute bibs before the start of the race. The task would involve setting up a table, preparing bibs to be distributed, checking IDs, cross-referencing the race participation list, and distributing the race bib.

The volunteers will be asked to help set up and run a bag check for the race participants. At the completion of the race, the volunteers will be asked to help return the bags to the owners and clean up the bag check area.

On race day, December 19th, we ask these volunteers to arrive on-site at 1 Lincoln Rd. inside Prospect Park at 8 AM. This volunteer would need to provide their own bike. We would ask them to lead the race on a bike, notifying people along the course that a race is taking place. The cyclist would then loop through the course to check on the remaining runners to see if anyone needed assistance.
