All 3 races need people to assistance the professional timer to identify bib number, record time, sort/organize bib tear off and be a backup to confirm recordings. Volunteer will be assistant, not leader.

Details

Before each race, participants will come to the table to retrieve their race bib & shirt. Volunteer will look up the participant name and cross it off, then hand over items. Will receive registration forms for last minute participants also.

2K Course Sweeper Low Priority

Follow last person/group throughout the course to ensure everyone comes back and no one was left injured on the trails.

3K Course Sweeper Low Priority

Course Flagger Low Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

There a several sections of the course that could use both flaggers and cheering for the runners.

More details will be provided at a later date.

Clean up Low Priority

Details

After the final runner crosses the line, we can start pulling the signage and rope-flags, among other things used for to direct runners. Everything can be collected and placed by the event trailer to haul away
