Course Guides

Details

You will be assigned to a spot on the race course. Once you check in you will be given your specific assignment. You’ll need to make sure you are in your spot about 30 minutes prior to the start of the race.

We will have a Trail Walker behind the last runner to let you know when you are finished with your assignment.

Bagel Pickup High Priority

Details

Before the event begins, you will be picking up the bagels and bringing them to the refreshments area.

Lead Bike

Details

You will either:
* lead the race and have participants follow you along the course
* ride near a wheelchair participant to ensure their safety
* ride along the course to maintain the safety of the course and the particpants

Water Stop - mile 1 and 2

Details

You will be manning one of the water stops on the course . There will be gallons of water that you will use to fill up cups. Make sure the table is full before the participants come through.

Once the race starts you will either be filling the cups up as they are used or handing them out to the runners. The trail walker will come by to let you know that the last participant has passed through.

You will clean up the cups using the garbage bags supplied.

Day of Race Registration-Electronic Devices

Day of Race Registration - using electronic devices
**Must have prior Day of Race Registration Experience using our electronic devices (laptops/tablets)*** You will assist individuals with registering for the event utilizing day of race online registration.

Race Amenities - select if you are running the race

Details

Race Amenity volunteers will hand out t-shirts or other race giveaways to participants. You will make sure to mark the back of the participants bib number with an ""X"" to indicate that they picked up their amenity.
