Stand out at designated lots in front of MCC's PAC center wearing neon vest and waving flags to show where people can park. Volunteer arrive at 8:30

Raffle Ticket Sales

Details

Sell tickets for our 50/50 raffle. People can pay via cash or using QR code that will be displayed. Volunteer arrive at 8:30

Volunteer Check In

Details

Welcome volunteers, check them in, hand out "volunteer" lanyard and neon vest. If a parking lot attendant also hand out flag. Volunteer arrive at 8:15-8:20

Pack Up Crew

Help pack up any and all signage inside the gymnasum, along the course, as well as all left over water bottles and snacks. All items will be loaded into a Uhaul van that will take back to the Coalition. Volunteer arrival after the event to pack up 11:30 am- ?
