This task is to assist with race packet pickup. Volunteer blocks are for two hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your time slot to receive instructions.

*If you are a CRAA employee, please get permission from your Supervisor to take part in this task.

Course Water Station High Priority

Details

Volunteers will pour cups, organize tables, clean up, and cheer on participants at water stations located on the course! Please arrive by 7:30 a.m. A shuttle will take you out to the water station area on the course, and bring you back once finished.

PLEASE NOTE: All volunteers for this task MUST have a valid CMH SIDA badge. Please be sure to bring your badge the day of the race.

Race Day Packet Pick-up Medium Priority

Volunteers will help participants retrieve their race packet if they were not able to take advantage of early pick-up prior to race day. Please arrive by 7:00 a.m.

Volunteers for this task are also able to sign up for post race food and medal volunteer events.
