Person 1 - Check-in Signed up participants; give information, bib and t shirt.
Person 2 - Check-in Signed up participants; give information, bib and t shirt.
Person 3 - Check in NEW participants, take payments, give information, bib and t shirt.
Person 4 - Check in NEW participants, take payments, give information, bib and t shirt.

Location

LOCATION: 2019 NEW RACE LOCATION!! The registration tent is on the far side of the Horse Track, under the shade trees between Gates 3 and 4. The area is in the intersection of Congress, Plain and Canaan Streets. Please park in the infield and then ask the parking folks where the tent is located.

Needed: 2 Adults and 2 Helpers: Please arrive by 7:15 AM

Pour waters for racers and hand water as they pass by. Clean up used cups. Bring water jugs, cups and trash containers to Pavilion when race is over. A golf cart, driven by an Adult, will be available to use.

Please arrive by 6:30 AM at the Pavilion to check in.
You will be stationed around the Fairgrounds to direct the participants where they are to run. You maybe standing by yourself or with a friend. A Maximum of 2 volunteers may stand together. Please be prepared to make new friends. We will be racing on the horse track during the race. Volunteers at the track need to be aware how many times racers have gone around the track. Please bring a hat and sunscreen as we will be outside. Water and Gatorade will be provided. A race t shirt will also be provided. Breakfast may be available by donation at the Grange Hall until approximately 10:30 AM.
