Details

Volunteers will work to set up the course with cones, signage, pop-up tents, tables, etc. and then help tear down course and load truck. Volunteers will be able to run the race as well, if they are registered.

Bib Pickup, Same Day Registration High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be responsible for handing out race bibs & pins, and registering Day of Race participants. Also hand out parking permits

Please report to your station by 7:45am, as we need you there to help register participants before the actual race events begin at 9:00am. Day of registration begins at 8:00am.

Course Marshal High Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

There will be at least 10 course marshal positions around the park. Each spot will require at least one volunteer.

Course marshals will be responsible for making certain participants are safe and travel in the correct direction.

Water Station Medium Priority

Details

At least 2 volunteer will be needed for this station and tear down

Volunteers will help setup/teardown the water station. They will be responsible for filling cups and handing out water to participants.

Kid's Fun Run Coordinator/Course Marshall Medium Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers will coordinate a "run" for our youngest participants
starting promptly at 10:00am. Lead/guide participants through the course. Hand out ribbons to all finishers at the end.

Help unload equipment from rental truck into ORRC's storage units. This will be after breakdown at the park.
