As a Packet Stuffing Volunteer for our upcoming race, you'll play a vital role in helping prepare for the event! Your primary responsibility will be assembling participant packets, which include race bibs, instruction sheets, and various goodies for runners. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow volunteers and bring a positive vibe to race day preparations.

The time slot can be flexible with your schedule - packets just need to be ready by 4 PM on Friday, January 22.

There are two aid stations on this race and aid station volunteers are a vital component of a race. Aid Station Volunteers cheer on runners, distribute water and refreshments, offer encouragement, and help keep participants safe and energized as they make their way along the trails.

Volunteer will walk or run directly behind the very last participant. They remove all course markings (flags and tapes), check any out-and-back sections, assist struggling or injured runners, and pick up any dropped trash.
