Please arrive at 4:00pm at the Performance Center for instruction and set-up. Please bring your own high visibility vest if you have one. If you do not have one, we will have them available.

Pre-Race BMW Weds Packet Pickup Medium Priority

Must be a BMW badge holder. Will support handing out Race Bibs and Spectator wristbands in the K-Platz (H50) on Wednesday, Sept 16th from 3-6pm. You must not be available for the entire time.

Pre-Race Thursday Packet Pickup Medium Priority

Distribute Participant Race Bibs, Spectator Wristbands and purchased Swag at Fleet Feet from 4:45pm - 7pm.

Shuttle (Arrival @PC) Greeter Medium Priority

Details

First Contact for all Guests! :) Greet participants and spectators, directing them to the registration tents, reminder them that everyone must have either a racing bib or spectator wristband. Please arrive between 4:30-4:45pm.

Hospitality - Open Area Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Overall support for optimal race experience. Help guide people to find things like race route map, restroom, starting line and overall decreased confusion.
When you see someone without a bib or wristband, politely ask them to get one at the registration tables. A signed waiver by EVERYONE is a requirement by the Performance Center. This will also support keeping people out of restricted areas - a requirement from the Performance Center to allow us to continue using the venue. :) Please arrive between 4:30-4:45pm.

Race Day Packet Pickup

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

At least 1 volunteer needs to be non-participant to support until the race start at 6:15.
Please bring your charged phone. We will install the "RACEDAY Check-In" app that is used to assign race numbers for participants and checking in spectators.

Please arrive between 4:30-4:45pm
