START/FINISH LINE:
This involves a lot of different tasks and you could be assigned to any of them. The Start/Finish Line Volunteers may be asked to open medals, hold corral pace signs, man an intersection near where runners will be exiting or entering the chute, cut and handout bananas, handout water, handout medals, secure the exit to the finishers chute and help clean up to name a few.

PACKET PICK-UP:
Welcome runners, help manage traffic flow at expo, help with parking where necessary, check participants in, hand out race swag and help pack up at the end.

The early shift and you will execute the parking plan under Carrie Tenney’s direction. All Parking Volunteers must check-in, wear a safety vest, use light-up wand & radio and then turn all in when they are finished. *Check-In/Check-Out with Carrie Race Morning
