Volunteers in pairs encouraged!
Volunteers may pair up with a pal (must register to volunteer), or volunteer individually.

Responsibilities include:
- Directing runners on course
- Assisting runners in calling for paramedics on site (if necessary)

You will be stationed throughout course. You will be given a specific location before event.

Water Station Monitor High Priority

Mid-course water station monitor.
Responsibilities include:
- Handing out water (in cups) to runners
- Monitoring trash receptacle, ensuring no litter is on course
